One sheet to rule them all…

This is going to save you tons of money, time, awkward silence, heated discussions and team member eyerolls…

What?

I put together the ultimate cheat sheet for you!

You might already know how mind-blowing and insightful it can be to do personality assessments - whether your company uses the DISC profile, has you find out your Clifton (Gallup) Strengths, or uses the classic Myers Briggs (MBTI) model.

Unfortunately, since those things can quickly churn through the training budget (90USD per DISC model, 60USD per Clifton Strengths), most companies only assess certain leadership positions …

which is great, but…

… while the leader is now enlightened about their personality, behaviour or strengths - they are still in the dark about the majority of the people they work with.

Maybe one department paid for Clifton Strengths in the past, another one just did DISC with the mid level management, and the majority of staff has never done anything like it.

Rather than having to remember 16 Myers Briggs Types, 12 DISC styles and 34 Clifton Strengths - and paying a ton of money to let everyone in the company catch up on doing one kind of test - you could simply use what is already there.

My cheat sheet is mapping the three most common tests against each other.

Psychology is underlying all of those. Humans are humans.

Lucky for you - you could let the majority jump on a free MBTI assessment website, and within 15 minutes, you have something to work with! My ultimate cheat sheet is full of clickable links that take you to each of the assessments, has simple explainers for every type - and it even a hidden easter egg!!!

Message me if you find it, hahaha!

Then, you use my free sheet before going into a one on one conversation - or print it and put in on desks, or in the company lunchbreak room - and watch the conversations start, see how communication, respect and kindness rise …

and I will send it to you!

Ps: There are plenty types of assessments out there - this is not about arguing about the pros and cons of those tests, or even trying to determine which one is “best”. I used the most common ones in my network.

I am here to make your day easier and get on with building things and leading people. 🤗
