Too much input…
= not enough output. I have new new year's resolutions for the remainder of 2024.
Since Jan 1, I put every completed podcast episode in a playlist. I realised that I spent over 200 hours listening to (amazing) people doing incredible things. And yet, I can't help to think - what if I had put 200 focused hours into creating, rather than consuming??
And that is only listening to podcast, I am secretly glad I didn't track my reading hours... 🫣
Enough is enough.
I have now created a playlist with 10 episodes I love to listen to again and again - this will be my only input for the rest of this year.
14 hours quality time with some of my favourite mentors rather than mindless quantities of mindfood.
How about you?
Where can you create quality over quantity?
If you live in Christchurch, message me and I send you the direct link for the new Mind& Body Reset class - where you get to solve any major challenge in under 60 minutes with a unique blend of coaching questions supported by deep stretches and healing frequencies.
Ps: Yes, you can set new year's resolutions every day, no need to stick to the Gregorian calendar for that, hehe... besides, here in NZ we celebrate Matariki, wheee.... 🌀✨
